Coorong Quays, where the role is based, is a large residential, retirement and tourist community located on the picturesque Southern Fleurieu Coast of South Australia. The community includes Australia's largest freshwater marina, residential houses set on lagoon frontages, the Alexandrina Cove Lifestyle Village and the Islanders’ tavern.
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a part time Assistant Property Manager to support the management team with the administration and operation of Coorong Quays. The role will be exposed to all areas of the business but is mainly administrative and will also involve residential encumbrance management, including undertaking physical estate checks and other duties as directed by the Property Manager.
This applicant will ideally have the following skills:
- Experience with accounting packages
- Proven interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills in order to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel etc).
- Highly effective level of written and verbal communication
- Ability to identify and satisfy customer needs and to handle conflict
- Marina and/or boating experience will be highly regarded, though not essential

This will be a varied and interesting role and one that will suit a success driven, team player who is willing to be adaptable and have a hands-on, can-do attitude. We are willing to work with an applicant to assist them to grow into the role and the business more broadly. The role will be part of a broader local team and Sydney-based owner.
