Assistant Property Manager

Century 21 Southern is currently looking for a Assistant Property Manager for our southern office.

Property Management is a focus of our business, we have a large property management team across two offices, with plans to grow and expand in the future.

Based in Morphett Vale, with on-site parking, the location would be perfect for anyone living in the Southern Suburbs.  Office hours 9am - 5pm, offering work, life balance with no weekend work or after-hours appointments.

The preferred candidate will have the following:

• Ideally have previous experience in Property Management
• Hold a Property Management License or currently enrolled & studying
• Excellent time management, great communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Current SA driver’s license
• Experience with PropertyMe Software or similar beneficial, however not essential as training will be provided

Tasks include, but not limited to:

Provide admin support to a full time Property Manager, type leases, arrange maintenance, arrears management, issue inspection letters and other administration tasks as required
