We are currently looking to fill the following position;
Assistant Property Manager
This will be a full time position within the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. Plus rostered on-call approx. every 5 weeks (for emergency maintenance only).
This role would suit either a new comer to the industry, or a candidate with prior property management experience.

Duties would include, but not limited to:
- Assisting tenants with general enquiries, developing client rapport
- Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure timely repairs
- Management of rent and invoice arrears, with assistance from our admin team
- Management of lease renewals, with assistance from our admin team
- Scheduling of Routine Inspections
- General administration duties
- Support for our Property Managers
The position requires:
- High level of attention to detail, and commitment to providing a quality service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on outstanding customer service
- Effective time management and organisational skills are a must to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions in the best interest of customers, whilst maintaining a calm demeanour
- Confidence to deal with tradespeople, landlords and tenants
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to work both within a team, and independently
- Current Drivers Licence
- Experience in Property Management would be advantageous, but not required
