Form of workWe are currently seeking an Assistant Agent/Sales Associate to join a highly regarded team operating out of our Dural, Mulgrave & North Richmond, offices.
The Role:
Working alongside our talented group of sales agents that are hardworking and dedicated to achieving top results, you will be based in our Dural office and you will be responsible for:
- Working with a team of sales agents
- Assisting with open homes
- Buyer call backs following open homes
- Handling all potential buyer enquiries
- Customer care and liaison with buyers
- Conduct lead generation & prospecting activities
- Database management using VaultRE
- Attending sales meetings & training
- Attending to photography, valuation & other appointments
- Assisting Sales Support with Marketing & Admin tasks
The Candidate:
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration OR Licence
- Driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Experience in real estate is essential
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Excellent Customer Service
- Knowledge of The Hills, Hawkesbury & Nepean areas an advantage but not essential
- Must be available to work Saturdays
