Role Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of our seasoned Senior Property Manager. As an Assistant Agent, seize the opportunity to acquire invaluable insights and skills in property management. For experienced Property Managers, this role provides a platform for growth and advancement within our nurturing environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work required for property showings.
- Previous experience in real estate or property management preferred
- Possession of a valid Driver’s license and a roadworthy vehicle with insurance.
- Current Real Estate Certificate qualifications, registered with the Department of Fair Trading.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Proficiency in relevant software and administrative tasks essential for property management.
Duties
Responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:
- Managing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Strategically advertising properties across multiple pathways.
- Conducting property viewings either by appointment or during open house events.
- Handling the application process from start to finish.
- Compiling comprehensive lease packs and New Business packs.
- Promptly addressing email inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborating on weekly routine inspections and report generation.
- Providing support to Senior Property Managers in various daily tasks.
- Crafting engaging and informative social media posts to promote properties and engage with clients.
