Prahran’s own Lucky Coq is looking for a Assistant Venue Manager to help run this iconic venue. You will help lead the team of young and energetic staff to serve and deliver amazing food and beverage and even better vibes.
To be considered for the position you must possess the following;
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Assist in managing day day operations of the venue
- A love of music, food and drinks
- Ability to excel in a high volume, high-pressure environment
- Possess common sense and a mature attitude
- Passion for exceptional standards
- A drive to maintain the venue’s profile through outstanding product development and delivery
- Have all relevant industry certifications
- Ability to work autonomously and to budget
- Ability to lead and motivate your team effectively
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Oversee staff scheduling, training and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain inventory and manage stock levels.
- Interest in music and helping with entertainment scheduling
- Available to work late nights and weekends.
