This is an opportunity for an experienced Associate Agent to join a team who are consistently transacting this team has over 40 listings on the market at the moment.

Working Monday - Saturday with a full day off during the week,  this role will be very hands-on, & fast-paced. You will be hungry, focused and reliable. You will be not afraid to put in the long hours for maximum results & commissions. 
  
Key duties include:

• Providing support to a busy listing & selling principal who is billing over $2mil and up to 40 listings at one time 
• Run listings under $1m 
• Lead Generation, Cold calling, door knocking 
• Warm Calls to an active database
• Open homes & post open callbacks
• Buyer management 
• Database management

• Previous Real Estate experience - ideally sales but will consider Leasing/BDM
• Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
• Immaculately presented and well-groomed
• Possess a strong work ethic & willingness to go the extra mile
• Must want long-term career in Real Estate
