We offer more than 400 courses, from Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE)/Victorian Certificate of Education Vocational Major (VCE VM)/Vocational Education and Training Delivered to Secondary Students (VETDSS), through to nationally accredited qualifications such as certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, degrees, graduate certificates, graduate diplomas and short courses.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be accountable for leading a portfolio of Managers and nurturing their commercial and people leadership acumen. Driving performance and leading the delivery of Chisholm’s Education Plan, you will work with people leaders across multiple campuses, be highly visible, available and champion excellent student experiences.
Your key accountabilities will be for:
- strategic educational leadership and effective delivery of high-quality educational products
- ensuring high quality teaching and learning
- identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
- building capability of people leaders to enhance the employee experience and nurture growth
- building commercial acumen amongst people leaders, including emphasis on key drivers of success and student outcomes
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking candidates that have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated ongoing professional development
- Experience in people management in a large and complex organisation
- Experience is guiding, growing and ensuring educational excellence
- A commitment to placing the student at the centre of all we do
Crucial to your success will be your proven track record in leadership and management of people. In particular, demonstrated experience nurturing, developing and coaching staff to adopt excellence, and a strong student/customer centric approach.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner. With an eye for detail, you will be organised and comfortable working across multiple projects concurrently. Resilience and strategic thinking will favourably position your for success in this role.
