Nightlife Music’s tools make it easy for businesses and brands to access the latest in licensed music and visuals for their venue. 

We’ve been in operation for 35 years, servicing a wide, unique range of clientele – from gyms and holiday destinations to pubs, bars and many well-known (and loved) local venues. 

Based under one solar-powered rooftop in Milton is our group of over 100 exceptional staff – the driving force behind our commercial music entertainment service.   

At Nightlife our people are our pride. As we continue our path through 2024 and beyond, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can support, understand and nurture our Nightlifers.

• Build the professional skillsets of staff and the collaborative nature of teams
• Drive initiatives to maintain our strong staff retention rate and attract new applicants
• Ensure Nightlife Music remains HR compliant across all areas of the business

• Planning and delivering HR initiatives.  
• Coaching, training and mentoring leaders on People & Culture strategy. 
• Bringing teams together in ways that enhance company culture.  
• Improving staff engagement and job satisfaction. 
• Business policy review and development.  
• Performance and grievance management. 
• Incentive planning, career development, recruitment and retention.
