As the Associate Director of Town Planning with this employer, you will have the unique chance to work on a diverse range of residential and commercial developments across north Victoria. This is a client-facing role that involves project management and delivery, allowing you to collaborate directly with their valued clients whilst supporting them in expanding their client reach into the region.

- A qualified Urban Planner with experience operating in Victoria and/or NSW.
- Successful track record of gaining planning permits for a range of medium to large residential and commercial projects.
- Experience in project management and delivery, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey ideas.
- Leading small teams is advantageous.
- Proven ability to win clients and contribute to team-based business development activities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for quality outcomes.
The remuneration will be commensurate with experience and compatibility with the selection criteria, but a starting salary of $130,000 plus super plus bonuses is on offer.
