Are you an experienced Urban Planner looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the future of north Victoria? Look no further! We are currently seeking an experienced, local operator to join a privately owned multi-disciplinary firm on a permanent basis. 

As the Associate Director of Town Planning with this employer, you will have the unique chance to work on a diverse range of residential and commercial developments across north Victoria. This is a client-facing role that involves project management and delivery, allowing you to collaborate directly with their valued clients whilst supporting them in expanding their client reach into the region.

What we're looking for:

• A qualified Urban Planner with experience operating in Victoria and/or NSW.
• Successful track record of gaining planning permits for a range of medium to large residential and commercial projects.
• Experience in project management and delivery, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey ideas.
• Leading small teams is advantageous. 
• Proven ability to win clients and contribute to team-based business development activities. 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for quality outcomes.

The remuneration will be commensurate with experience and compatibility with the selection criteria, but a starting salary of $130,000 plus super plus bonuses is on offer.
