The Company A leading international corporate bank, with a presence across multiple continents, this bank is continuing to grow their Australian operations due to significant growth. With a reputable brand across Europe, they are now seeking experienced Relationship Managers to contribute to their continued growth. The Role Reporting into the Director, the Associate Director will be responsible for new deal origination, and helping to grow the Energy, Infrastructure and Renewables portfolio. Duties will include: - Developing new business and structuring, executing and closing on new transactions. - Providing in-depth analysis of potential client financial statements (including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow). - Preparing credit submissions alongside experienced analysts, for new proposals, variation requests and annual reviews. - Producing Project Finance Ratings using internal rating tools, for both new and existing projects. - Conducting industry research to stay abreast of emerging trends and focus areas. - Ad-hoc duties as required.
