What this opportunity involves:
We are looking for an Associate Director with experience in Sustainable Strategies to join our Sustainability Consulting team.
As part of the Sustainability Consulting team you will be heavily involved in all aspects of project delivery, business development and service innovation.
Our services begin with helping clients to define compelling visions, create leading strategies and develop challenging targets. Working with us will provide you with exposure to high-profile clients, supporting them with the development and practical implementation of sustainable property and ESG strategies.

What this job involves:
Contribute to the overall development and growth of our Sustainability Strategy Consultancy services through:
- Project management of the delivery of a number of client programmes or projects ensuring positive professional relationships and the effective delivery of sustainability services to time and budget.
- Working in a rigorous manner to deliver accurate, high quality, engaging and client-ready outputs, including reports, presentations, workshops and analytical models.
- On-going development and improvement of the methodologies, models and frameworks which we use to support delivery of services to clients
- Actively participating in and leading on business development opportunities and development of sales collateral
- Line management and mentoring of junior colleagues to contribute to their professional growth and development.
- Creating thought leadership and developing technical expertise in yourself and others to enhance client offerings, and ensure the team remain at the forefront of emerging thinking.
Required:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant role e.g. sustainability or professional services, delivering strategy and advisory work
- Experience working in or with the commercial real estate sector and corporate clients and an excellent understanding of the Sustainability landscape as it relates to the commercial real estate sector
- Line management experience
- Experience managing teams to deliver project work on time and on budget
- Subject matter expertise in at least two of Net Zero Carbon Strategy Development, Science based targets, Climate Risk Reporting and Disclosure, ESG Strategy development, Sustainability Related Disclosures.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI
- Language ability (relevant to the APAC region) would be beneficial but not essential
