As an Associate specializing in Major Projects & Infrastructure for our client, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier legal counsel and support for projects shaping Australia's infrastructure landscape. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to guide Major Projects and infrastructure initiatives.
• Advise clients on legal aspects of project development, including regulatory compliance and risk assessment.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of project-related agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate across practice areas to provide holistic legal solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Participate in client meetings, offering strategic insights and legal perspectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in due diligence processes for project acquisitions.
• Engage with government authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Admission to the Australian legal practice as a solicitor.
• 2-5 years of experience in Major Projects and infrastructure law, preferably within a reputable law firm.
