Position Title: Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Thompson House Residential Care Unit
Classification: YW11 – YW12
Salary per hour: $54.06 to $55.88 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 56 hours per fortnight
Award: Proposed Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024

Role description
We are looking for a motivated, aspiring leader to join our team in Thompson House on an ongoing basis as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), over a range of shifts.
If you are a Registered Nurse who:
- Has great interpersonal and communication skills
- Has sound nursing skills including infection control, assessment & care planning experience, and are familiar with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Like working in a happy environment and want to be a part of a team who provide amazing person-centered care, with support from a NUM

About you
The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to providing high quality nursing services. Importantly, in this leadership role, the ANUM will at all times model best practice and foster positive relationships with staff, residents and the community.
The ANUM position creates opportunities to gain experience in an In-Charge position, and to lead and manage staff of the unit within a supportive environment.
