Qualifications & experience

Coachable, trustworthy and willing to learn

Current NSW Driver’s License and suitable vehicle

Real Estate Sales Representative Certificate

Experience in a customer facing industry

Prior experience working with a sales and target driven environment

Strong communication skills and high attention to detail

Tasks & responsibilities

Buyer management

Conducting open homes and private inspections (inc Saturday opens)

Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections

Prospecting and prospecting administration (inclusive letterbox dropping & door knocking)

Database management

Coordinating client bookings and meetings

Marketing & compliance administration around the sale of property
