WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE NES GRADUATE PROGRAM:
During your journey in the NES Graduate Program, you’ll be given the skills to be a successful recruiter through on-the-job challenges, coaching, and formal training.
We’ve designed the program to give exceptional candidates like you the knowledge and training required to smash targets and grow your career with NES Fircroft.
Right from the start, you’ll embark on a comprehensive training program that covers all recruitment areas, from candidate attraction, lead generation, client pitching, and negotiation skills.
On top of a competitive starting salary and other outstanding benefits, you’ll be supported by a direct supervisor to provide guidance, constructive feedback, and an excellent mentorship program.

- Candidates meeting the basic requirements will be invited to initial virtual screening.
- Successful candidates will be invited to our graduate assessment day, due to take place in our Brisbane office early April.
- Upon successful completion, successful candidates from the assessment day will be offered a place in the NESF Graduate Program with a permanent Associate Recruitment Consultant role, based in our Brisbane office
- You either recently graduated or perhaps you have a couple of years experience within sales/hospitality/sports & eager to kickstart a career in recruitment or sales!
- You’re ambitious, enthusiastic and have a positive and outgoing personality.
- Are willing to learn and aim to progress in your career.
- Naturally able to develop strong relationships.
- You’re based in Brisbane or within Australia & willing to relocate.
- You must be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen.
