Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, lead and project manage environmental consultancy projects, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Develop innovative solutions and strategies to deliver high quality environmental solutions.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to foster positive relationships and achieve mutual goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in environmental consulting.
- Have an absolute commitment to health and safety by contributing to and participating in our WHS and Wellness programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of consulting experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results.
- Strong technical expertise in environmental management, risk assessment, mitigation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
