Job Title: Aurion Cloud Technical Consultant
Location: Canberra
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of demonstrated experience and understanding of the Aurion system and have specialized technical expertise in the Aurion Talent Suite, specifically the Recruitment and Onboarding modules. The candidate will assist in delivering business initiatives to deploy a new recruitment system into the Treasury environment. The candidate will have the ability to quickly adapt to the company environment by engaging with key business users and stakeholders from various levels.
The successful candidate will be required to work at the direction of the Project Manager, to successfully assess and prepare Treasury for the onboarding of the Aurion Recruitment and Onboarding modules. The candidate will work with the project team and alongside the internal Recruitment and Aurion Support Teams to implement the modules into Treasury's environment, offer advice and expertise, recommendations and formulate strategic plans to assist creating best practises to improve business performance across the Aurion system based on the objectives of the department. The desired candidate will also be able to assist with the current business pain points related to the Aurion system, by providing appropriate solutions to improve the overall Aurion system processes and user experience.
The successful candidate will have proven and demonstrated consultancy experience in the Aurion Talent suite, including Recruitment and Onboarding. Experience in the Aurion Payroll module is highly desirable.
Essential Criteria

• Experience in configuration, administration, and development of Aurion Talent Suite module
• Experience in Organisational and People module
• Experience in Business Process Automation (BPA) configuration

Desirable experience:

• Experience in Payroll Suite module
• Experience in Leave module
• Experience in Learning and Development module
• Experience in Aurion Timekeeper module

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens and must have Baseline security clearance.
