We are seeking to employ a Trainee Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our Toyota team at Frankston, Berwick, Cranbourne & Pakenham.

Established in 1996 HFH Auto Group has grown from just a single brand to owning and representing multiple brands across Berwick, Pakenham, Cranbourne and Frankston including Toyota, Ford, Mazda and Lexus.
The role:
Due to strong growth in our Toyota operations we are seeking expressions of interest from highly motivated people to complete a 12-month Automotive Sales Traineeship in Finance & Insurance at the end of which you will be qualified as an Accredited Finance & Insurance Business Manager.
The Automotive Sales Traineeship will initially be based at Frankston Toyota and consist of an 8-week Sales experience selling Cars in both the New & Pre-Owned departments before beginning your traineeship as a Finance & Insurance Business Manager. Training will be mostly provided in an “On the Job” manner however will be supported via classroom and virtual/online activities. After time and based on your progression this role will be considered a floating position to assist our other Toyota dealerships throughout the group at Cranbourne, Berwick and Pakenham and where required.
Your principal responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the sales team with double closing & deal negotiation
- Facilitating the finance and insurance transactions for dealership guests
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all guests
- Strict adherence to compliance
- Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI's
You may be someone from a Finance sales background wanting to enter the Automotive industry or someone that thrives on Sales and exceeding targets. You MUST be a result's driven professional with the ability to communicate effectively with all guests, ensuring they are 100% satisfied with your service 100% of the time.
