Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success Manager (Part-time that can grow to Full-time)
Job description:
As the Business Development, sales, and customer success manager for our product, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, acquiring new customers, and ensuring each residential home is satisfied and optimising use of the product. We believe in building long-term relationships with our customers so you will work with our customers over the long term. We are looking for a dynamic and engaging person to join our team to lead Business Development, sales, and customer success. We’d love you to help drive the growth and success of this meaningful product.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Development:
- Identify and work with potential clients in the residential aged care industry
- Develop and execute strategic Business Development plans
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers
Sales:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Develop customised solutions for aged care providers
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Customer Satisfaction:
- Work with other team members to onboard new clients and provide training on software usage to aged care staff
- Maintain regular communication and feedback sessions with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Proactively address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback
- Work with our development team to incorporate customer feedback into product updates and product roadmap
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve technical challenges promptly
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
- Use market insights to enhance our product and service offerings

We seek a Professional with:
- 4+ year’s experience in a Business Development role
- Proven track record in Business Development and sales, with a focus on software products / medtech devices in hospitals / aged care.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to balance competing priorities
- Passion for improving elderly care through technology
- An understanding of the aged care industry and its unique challenges, including the challenges of family members of residents
- An ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivation and an enjoyment of building and growing our customer base so we can positively impact more nurses and family members
Bonus (not essential)
- Experience in HealthTech SaaS, Medtech devices, Sensors
- Clinical experience in the aged care or health industry
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing or a related field
