Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively seek out new accounts and business opportunities within the corporate segment.
- Sales Co-ordination: Lead meetings with clients, and represent Lumina Suites at various industry functions to promote our product.
- Digital Marketing: Utilise social media, email marketing, and online advertising to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
- Reporting: Compile and submit weekly, quarterly, and annual sales reports providing insights and tracking progress.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and share valuable market intelligence relevant to the corporate segment.
- Lead Tracking: Utilise CRM software to offer an excellent client experience, from the first prospect interaction to closing the deal and beyond.
About You:
- Proven experience within a high-pace sales department in the accommodation industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to engage with a range of businesses and a variety of professionals through building solid relationships based on trust.
