Automotive Service Manager

A rare opportunity is now available for a Service Manager to join the team . You will be joining a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers.

We are proud of our dealership culture with the management team being the beacon to what we hold our values to. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to lead a service team and a clear understanding of how to consistently maintain department KPIs and staff morale.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and leading the service team.
• Enforcing dealership processes.
• Setting and measuring KPIs.
• Handling customer concerns.
• Preparing weekly management reports.
• Implementing the department growth strategy
• Maintaining a positive and supportive relationship with our OEM partners.
• Maintaining a premium presentation within the department.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager
• Willing to be hands-on to get the job done.
• The proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Exceptional time management.
• A high degree of professionalism.
• The ability to communicate effectively and provide a high level of customer service.
