Our multi franchised new car dealership client is seeking a Service Manager for their south west Sydney operation.

Applicants for this position must have all the required attributes of a successful Service Manager. You will have current or recent Service Manager experience in ERA, gained in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong management, people handling, costing and organisational skills, along with the ability to motivate your staff to achieve their potential. You will encourage upselling, monitor efficiency and productivity, and work to achieve total customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position. The service department is expected to open on Saturday mornings in the near future with rostered staff.
A fully negotiable salary package is on offer, depending on previous experience. As a guide, it will consist of a retainer from $75k upwards, super, car (or car allowance of $180 per week) and commission structure. On Target Earnings will approx. $150k.
