Form of workAdvantage Screens & Blinds is locally owned and has been operating in the Bundaberg area for over 30 years, with a wholesale arm reaching as far north as Cairns and south to Coffs Harbour.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our awning department. The new team member we are looking for would possess the right attitude, have an eye for detail and accuracy and have a willingness to learn. They must be physically fit as there is some heavy lifting involved.
The duties would include but not be limited to:
- assembly of fabric awnings
- operating workshop machinery
- packing product for transport
- maintaining process and safe storage throughout assembly stages
- quality checks throughout the production process
- collaborate with the team to keep scheduled targets and maintain high safety standards
Previous experience in production/manufacturing would be an advantage although not necessary as all training will be provided by our experienced staff.
This position is casual with the option of full-time employment after 3 months.
