Will lead a team of 6 OOH Business Development Managers and 2 Inside Sales Reps across VIC, SA and WA, energizing and motivating them to meet and exceed both personal sales and business goals. Your ability to guide and coach in the field, understand strategic direction and build relevant Regional Sales plans will be imperative as we work towards achieving ambitious growth targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years relevant field sales management and leadership experience and a proven track record and achieving and exceeding sales targets. An eye for detail and an ability to utilise data and KPIs in managing performance and motivating team success will also be highly regarded. Your responsibilities will include;
- Coaching and mentoring the team to achieve success in their segment
- Interpreting and analysing sales data and results to manage performance and KPIs
- Building and leveraging relationships with senior stakeholders to close deals
- Coordinating and reviewing the territory management plan regularly to identify opportunities and pipeline
- Ensuring the ongoing development and safety of the team
- Overseeing the effective use of sales tools and assets in the field
