We are looking for a qualified and experienced Bakers and Pastry Cooks to join our team of craftsmen. Position Title: Bakers and Pastry Cooks Employer: Breadfern Pty Ltd Salary (not including superannuation): $72,000 PA Position location: Redfern 2016 Hours per week: 40 BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Tasks & Responsibilities include: Baking of sourdough and various specialty breads Mixing, preparing and baking wide range of pastries Weighing and measuring ingredients for the preparation of baked goods Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods Filling trays, moulds and tins for baking Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times Ensure proper storage of all items Maintain and adhere to HACCP procedures Qualification & Experience At least 2 years pf professional baking experience Formal baking/patisserie qualifications, minimum Certificate IV level Knowledge of traditional artisan bread techniques Team player with a can-do attitude Be Australian citizens or permanent residents or hold a visa with full working rights Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
