Established in 1995, Brasserie Bread is Australia's leading Wholesale artisan bakery, supplying handcrafted breads,
pastries and cakes to some of the best restaurants and cafes across several states.
We are now looking for qualified and experienced Bakers and Pastry Chefs with a passion for artisan baking techniques to join our production facility in Botany, NSW. This is an opportunity for qualified bakers and pastry
chefs to shine alongside passionate professionals dedicated to their craft.
You will also have the following:
- Availability including late night and early morning shifts.
- Ability to work hard with an experienced and fast paced team
- Initiative and be highly self-motivated
- Perform proper and safe operation of bakery equipment and utensils
- Clear understanding of HACCP and OHS/WHS
- Understanding of basic bakery theory and techniques including hand moulding
- Knowledge of natural fermentation and yeasted dough
- Passionate about baking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual and well-presented
