Our store, in the thriving town of Yankalilla, has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and passionate retailer to lead the bakery department.
The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to treat the department as if it were their own business with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality bakery products.
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• Ordering and cost control expertise
• An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations
• Accurate staff rostering

• Strong leadership, organisational and delegation skills
• The ability to coach and train team members
