Two Wells Bakery is a family run business, established in 2010. We pride ourselves on providing fast, friendly service and producing delicious food made with quality ingredients. Our thriving business is ever expanding, not only with our busy shop, but also with wholesale orders. This role within our fast paced business provides a unique opportunity to utilise your leadership experience amongst a friendly and supportive team.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent computer skills.
- Experience with xero preferable but not essential.
- Experience with rostering preferable.
- Previous experience working in hospitality, ideally with leadership experience.
- Current drivers licence and own mode of transport.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing the day to day running of Front of house at a busy bakery.
- Rostering of Front of house staff.
- Ordering stock, managing stock control and rotation and liaising with sales representatives.
- Managing invoicing of wholesale orders.
- Serving customers and making coffee (previous barista training favourable).
- Answering in store, email and phone based customer enquiries.
- Providing training and support to Front of house staff.
- Liaise with bakehouse manager to ensure productive workflow.
