About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Bakery Production Manager to join our Spudshed located in Innaloo, WA!.
Monday - Friday (6.00am - 2.00pm)
As a Bakery Production Manager you will be able to work in a fast paced environment as well as having great leadership skills to coach and develop a new team.
Department Head responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Production planning to ensure optimal efficiency of Production Bakery
- Implement and monitor quality control measures for consistency
- Inventory control
- Product development
- Lead the team to meet high standards required
- Adhere to set budgets on COGS
- OH&S and Food Safety Standards monitoring and correcting, if necessary
- Ad Hoc duties as required
About you:
- Baker qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong leader and team builder
- Organised and task oriented
- Good communicator
