Due to the expansion and continued growth of our company, we have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Draftsperson to help grow our Gold Coast based team.
The Role
You will be exposed to healthcare, transport, commercial, retail, mixed use and specialist mechanical services projects, with some very exciting existing and potential projects on the horizon.
As such, your performance would be measured on the quality and timeliness of your outputs.
Day to day tasks would involve:
- Leading a team to execute modelling and drafting work within time constraints to company standards.
- Prioritising workloads to meet deadlines
- Preparing documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
- Reliably support Project Managers, Engineers in satisfactorily completing projects
- Adhere to professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures.
- Contribute to our company culture.
- Work independently once set a task
To be successful for this role you'll need:
- Mechanical Detail Drafting Revit experience working on HVAC building services.
- Keen eye for detail
- Understanding of 3D and 2D drafting techniques utilising Revit/Clash and Clash detection software.
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Dedicated in pursuing continued development in Revit/BIM Design Package, design understanding and product education.
- Able to work effectively in teams.
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
