ABOUT THE ROLE:
Due to current growth, we're after another 2 x COACHES to join our team. We are looking for a Full-Time Coach / Customer Service Manager who has a passion for health and fitness, along with competent social and admin skills.
We are also looking for a Casual Coach who is someone who shows passion for helping our community to achieve their very best.
Coach / Customer Service Manager - Full-Time:
This full-time role will include a mixture of on-floor coaching along with managing our database, member retention and reporting. Huge growth potential for both financial and personal development.
Coach - Casual:
The Causal role: We are looking for another superstar coach to join our team.
You will be taught everything you need to know to become one of the best coaches in the network. With continual development both in-studio and from HQ. We are looking for someone who has the traits we can develop. Someone who shows strong work ethic, can work in a team setting, someone who is confident and not afraid to put themselves out there, someone who is always willing to learn and loves to help others.
Hours: 10 - 20 hrs per week
For both roles we are looking for someone who has a passion for the fitness industry and understands the importance of correct programming / training and coaching.
We take pride in providing our members with the best quality training and the best quality experience every day. Our new coaches will need the passion to do so as well.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced coach or a new up and coming coach to join the team. We will teach you to understand the science of why we do what we do at BFT and how to show a high attention to detail.
Both new coaches must display:
As a Coach, you’ll help lead the charge coaching our community of everyday athletes.
Your regular roles and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Lead from the front, by always demonstrating high standards throughout every task performed.
Provide a next level training experience by investing in ALL session participants.
Coach members safely and effectively and provide suitable progressions / regressions for every session.
Effectively communicate desired session outcomes to members through detailed and accurate talk times.
Work closely with our Studio Manager to invest in studio and coaching improvements by identifying training requirements for coaches.
Work closely with Studio Manager and other coaches to grow and retain the membership base.
Play a key role in delivering The 8 Week Challenges and drive member participation.
Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Other administrative and studio based tasks as required.
ABOUT YOU:
Certificate III and IV in Fitness ( or ability to obtain )
Current First Aid + CPR ( or ability to obtain )
Great at building relationships
Ability to work in a team environment
High levels of initiative
Attention to detail
Ability and want for self development
