The Bid Coordinator will take on various tenders and help the estimating team with submitting comprehensive proposals to new and existing clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- to be able to write persuasively and succinctly
- to be able to proofread and edit technical documents
- to be able to read, interpret and address the needs of clients
- to have strong time management skills
- experience with project management programs
- experience with InDesign (not essential)
- to have strong attention to detail
- to be creative and offer insightful ideas.
We believe the Bid Coordinator position is best suited for a communications and or marketing professional with 1-2 years' experience. Although, this is not essential.
Communications and Proposals Manager
- Tender development RFTs, RFQs and EOIs via (Tenderlink, WA Tenders, Vendor Panel, AusTenders)
- Document control
- Proofing and editing
- Creating and maintaining construction project profiles
- Prequalification applications
- Stakeholder engagement
- Liaising with estimators for pricing
- Liaising with health and safety for required information
- Liaising with finance for financial information
- Submissions
- Capability Statement generating and editing.
