To maintain our continued growth and expanding service offering we need to build our team with a collaborative and outcome focused professional to help achieve high quality and winning Bids aligned to our business strategy.
Your role will be to identify viable bid opportunities and lead the internal and external process through the various stages from assessment, through to submission, presentation, negotiation and evaluation. You will prepare and review the commercial aspects of each bid, assessing its feasibility, ensuring all products / services are included in the final price and aligning resources to the customer’s requirements prior to the Bid and Pursuit Phase getting underway. Most importantly you will coordinate key stakeholders from across the business relevant to each bid, that have the skills and required inputs to develop a clear winning strategy and ensure themes are clear and compelling. You will also contribute to business planning, analysing the success of tenders and improving procedures and internal processes.
Degree qualified your track record of success in Tender/Bid Management will reflect your strong planning and analytical capabilities. Your communication skills both verbal and written will be amongst your key strengths and be the foundation of your ability to engage and influence a broad range of Managers and Executives. Most importantly you will have a results driven nature and thrive in an environment that is driven by respect, collaboration and where expressing your ideas and opinions is truly valued.
