Based onsite 5 days a week in Sydney, we are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Bids & Tenders Manager, to start with us immediately. The responsibilities and personal requirements of this role includes:
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a Database of standard tender responses that can be used on all tenders.
- Ensure that samples of Multigate Products are provided in a timely manner to the Contracting Authorities
- Establish relationships with all major Contracting Authorities including all the state health authorities
- When new contracts are awarded to the Company, arrange for copies of the new contract pricing to be made available for distribution by the State Sales Manager
- Where it is available, ensure that a Tender Debrief is received from the Contracting Authority for all tenders, whether successful or not
- Maintain a database of all current contracts within the Multigate CRM
- Keep track of all upcoming tenders that Multigate are not currently listed on for a timely bid/no bid decision
- Analyse all existing and upcoming tenders Contracts and Tenders for product opportunities and report to your supervisor for a timely bid/no bid decision
Qualifications & experience
- Tertiary qualification relevant to contract/category management
- 4+ years work experience
- Advanced XL skills preferable
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and practical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to create, compose and edit written materials, to then develop and deliver presentations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
