About the Role
We are seeking a candidate with a desire to enhance their governance experience by joining the Company Secretariat. In this role, you will provide coordination and support for the Baptcare and Baptcare Affordable Housing Boards and their committees, as well as Baptist Care Australia. The provision of some EA support will also form part of the role.
The role will suit someone who is highly organised, has strong written and communication skills, and appreciates the confidentiality and professionalism required when dealing with Board matters. Some out of hours work will be required.

You will ideally bring the following:
- Corporate governance qualification from recognised provider (eg. Governance Institute of Australia, Australian Institute of Company Directors); or Business diploma in administration or equivalent
- The role requires attendance out of hours at Board and Committee meetings and flexible work arrangements will be in place to recognise this requirement.
