Eligibility: Open to EveryoneThe Education Standards Board is an independent statutory authority of the South Australian Government, responsible for the regulation of education and early childhood services. The Education Standards Board is also responsible for the registration of schools and student exchange organisations, and the endorsement of schools to be registered to provide international education.The Minister for Education, Skills and Training, Hon Blair Boyer MP, is calling for expressions of interest from individuals with the necessary abilities, knowledge and experience to fill one vacancy, for a term not exceeding three years, commencing from approximately July 2024.The Education Standards Board is seeking applications from enthusiastic individuals who wish to support and contribute to the Board’s purpose to improve the education and care outcomes for children and young people through the agency’s work.As the Education Standards Board currently has a regulatory practice improvement agenda for the early childhood sector underway, applicants with experience or knowledge in early childhood education and care or regulatory compliance to support this work and complement the Board’s current skills composition will be highly regarded.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.Applications must be submitted via the I Work for SA website.
