Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Minimum understanding of specific industry knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
- Proven record of expectation: Demonstrated experience in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Previous experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Xero and Excel is a must.
Tasks & responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of Xero Accounting Software.
- Process invoices, payments, and employee payroll.
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts.
- End-to-end accounts payable, receivable and payroll processing.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations, policies and employment awards.
- This position is Part-time 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 22.8 hours a week.
