THE COMPANY:
This unique building industry provider is expanding and looking for a Full-Time Bookings Coordinator within the Insurance Building Sector. The role is based out of our Melbourne office in Brunswick West.
Booking Coordinators are responsible for booking in Repair Assessments and Quotes for our internal Estimators, managing their calendars and ensuring the smooth running of appointments on a daily basis. Bookings Coordinators are involved in liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders including property owners, Insurers and Loss Adjusters, delivering a high level of customer service. Due to the nature of the role you will be skilled in working in a fast-paced environment, and able to empathise with our customers who have been impacted by events such as fire, storm and floods etc.
Initially the successful candidate will be assisting with the recent weather events.
THE ROLE:
- Be responsible for booking in all Repair Assessment & Quotes for our internal Estimators (primarily assisting with our QLD team)
- Responsible for updating clients via portals and email once Site Attendances have been booked in with customers
- Articulate professional written and verbal correspondence to stakeholders and third parties
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets
- Update and maintain internal database (Prime)
- General Data entry
- General errands and ad-hoc duties as required in a busy office
- Overtime as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at once
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume office environment
- Initiative and can-do attitude is a must.
