About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced in-house bookkeeper to complement our dynamic and hardworking team. The position entails working on Mondays and/or Tuesdays, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Payroll processing
- Timesheet processing
- General finance administration tasks
- Payment processing and reconciliation
- Management of overdue accounts
About You:
We are in search of a self-motivated bookkeeper possessing the following attributes:
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Xero
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong multitasking capabilities, particularly in timesheet processing and management of overdue invoices
- Previous experience in recruitment agencies is highly desirable
