About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced in-house bookkeeper to complement our dynamic and hardworking team. The position entails working on Mondays and/or Tuesdays, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Payroll processing
• Timesheet processing
• General finance administration tasks
• Payment processing and reconciliation
• Management of overdue accounts

About You:

We are in search of a self-motivated bookkeeper possessing the following attributes:

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Xero
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong multitasking capabilities, particularly in timesheet processing and management of overdue invoices
• Previous experience in recruitment agencies is highly desirable
