We are seeking a dynamic Finance Officer to join the bookkeeping team in Adelaide. If you are looking for a challenge and able to work autonomously then this role would be ideal for you.
Essential duties:
This is an exciting and challenging position that will suit someone with solid bookkeeping experience with a focus on accounts receivable/payable and payroll processing for our clients' finances.
You will be responsible for a broad range of bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to:
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Produce financial reports using Xero and MYOB
- End to end payroll processing
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow projections
- Assist in the management of Trust accounts
- Excellent customer service skills
Requirements
- Finance qualification (diploma/Degree)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Advance Excel, Microsoft Office skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
Desirable
- Understanding of Trust accounting
- Tertiary education and an understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory requirements
Our Finance Officer role is a full-time position, however permanent part time arrangements may also be negotiated for the right candidate.
