As the Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconciling accounts receivable and payable on a regular basis.
- Generating invoices and processing payments in a timely manner.
- Monitoring overdue accounts and following up with clients for collections.
- Maintaining organized financial records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software Xero.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
