AddressBookkeeper Position
The position:
- Post purchases and sales to MYOB
- Deal with purchases and sales control requirements
- Run weekly payroll
- Perform general payroll officer duties under supervision
- File and photocopy as required
- Purchase packing shed stationery and staff amenity items
An applicant must:
- Hold a Diploma in Accounting or demonstrate equivalent experience
- Be proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have a basic understanding of payroll and HR
- Hold a Current Drivers Licence
- Agree to undertake employment checks. These checks may include National Police History Check
- Be an Australian resident.
- Have good communication and mature interpersonal skills
The successful applicant will have:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and business administration
- Self-motivation with a strong ability to work independently
- Good organisational and time management skills.
What we are offering:
- 10 hours per week casual or part-time employment
- Attendance on-site is required but we will offer flexibility to manage your own schedule. A schedule that suits school hours can be offered.
