Our client, a prominent independent wholesaler specializing in health, organic, and kosher brands, is actively seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Professional to join their small & dynamic team. The opportunity:
- Management of Accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciliation of all company accounts, including arrear payments.
- Superannuation management, including reporting.
- Process of Purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Liaise with external authorities such at ATO, WorkSafe and the State Revenue Office. Work closely with external Accountants.
- Enter creditor invoices into MYOB and obtaining internal approvals in line with policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly BAS reports.
- Advise management of upcoming expenditure to ensure effective cashflow management.
- Ad hoc financial/administrative tasks as required by the management team, and day-to-day support in the office.
You will have relevant experience as a bookkeeper in a fast-paced SME environment. You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with several people internally and externally. You will be an effective time manager with the ability to manage priorities. Experience with MYOB & Foreign Exchange will be highly valued. You will also hold some experience in stock management.
