Our projects are overseen from concept to completion. Providing a dedicated lighting consultant with industry expertise to work alongside the projects engineer, lighting designer or architect to navigate the latest in technology, budget management, stock availability, design intent, performance requirements, collation of relevant approvals through to managing the delivery processes. Lights & Tracks provides a high level of client service and technical support every step of the way. We have multiple entities that stretch across more areas of the construction industries.
The RoleYou will be the key in ensuring and liaisons with external and internal stakeholders, managing the bookkeeping and accounts for five entities with two payroll runs under the one roof (Croydon)
Key responsibilities include:Timely Accounts email management
Accounts Payables
Process Creditors invoices
Prepare and process fortnightly and monthly supplier payments (Bpay, uploading ABA file and foreign currency)
Monthly Statement reconciliation
Accounts Receivable
Daily Invoicing and payment allocation
Sending Monthly Debtors Statement
Payment Follow up
Monthly / weekly Bank reconciliation
Attend all AR/AP queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Monthly company credit card reconciliations
**Full ERP software experience is preferred with MYOB Advanced (not standard MYOB)
Also experience in Xero
General administrative support and other ad-hoc duties.
Liaise with our external Accountant as required.
