We produce high-quality meat as a family, for families. We excel in beef, pork, poultry, lamb, veal, farm goats, rabbit and a copious range of cured meats and smallgoods.
We supply meat products to restaurant, café, hotels, and catering company.
Given the expansion of our business, we have identified that we require a fulltime Bookkeeper to support our business.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The role is to undertake financial and administrative tasks as directed by managing director. You will be analytical: deadline driven and have the ability manage multiple tasks at any one time.
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing payroll of employees on weekly basis
- Ordering processing
- Monthly reporting requirement of income statement.
- Maintenance of customer and supplier’s database
- Answering customers accounts enquires

Skills and experience required:
- Formal qualification in bookkeeping is preferred
- Proven experience in an account’s role
- Through understanding and knowledge of GST
- Advanced computing skills including the use of EXCEL & experienced in using XERO.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective organizational skills and time management
- The ability to work autonomously and important, as a part of a team.
- Excellent work ethic with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive and “can do” attitude.
