MacMed Healthcare is a leading manufacturer, specialising exclusively in providing superior pressure injury prevention and skin integrity products throughout the Australian healthcare sector.
We are currently seeking a vibrant, customer service focused, admin professional to join our team. This is a varied role, offering opportunity for both proactivity and input. Initially, this is a part-time role - (3-4days/wk) with potential to add hours.
Your typical day….
- Manage incoming emails & calls
- Process purchase orders and supply quotes
- Assist with account management
- Provide product specific information (both verbal & written) to customers, resellers and health professionals.
- Attend industry conferences
- Assist with Government Tender processes
- Provide marketing assistance
- Manage product trial process
Qualifications & Attributes
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Proven experience with Myob Accounting Software and Microsoft office suite
- Previous experience with Government Contracts & Tenders, health sector & NDIS an advantage
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (prior to commencement)
- NDIS worker screening clearance (we will assist with this)
