The Role
As a Part time Bookkeeper/Office Manager of a national mid tier law firm, your duties will include trust account reconciliations, trust auditing, general accounting, paying insurances with Lexon, BAS, IAS, payroll, Super, financial and cash-flow reporting, tax requirements and general admin duties. You will use Law Master accounting package. You will also be involved in dealing with suppliers. This position is permanent part time working either 3 days a week or 5 days with reduced hours (flexible on hours).
You
You will have a minimum of 5 years Bookkeeping/Office Management experience. A Bachelor of Business in Accountancy is also preferred.
The Law Firm / Salary
National mid tier law firm of 15 staff. Supportive and a social firm. Offer employee benefits such as induction program, birthday leave, service awards. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $95,000 - $100,000 + Super pro rata'd).
