Leading Sunshine Coast property and commercial law firm is seeking an Office Manager to start ASAP. At least 3 years previous experience in office management is preferred.
Skills & Experience:
- Financial management and reporting (in conjunction with external bookkeeper if experience requires)
- Trust Account receipts and payments
- Managing investment accounts
- Manage CPD for the firm
- Manage quality control reviews
- Maintain HR records
- Manage staff leave
- Assist partners with recruitment of new employees
- Onboarding for new employees (with IT manager)
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Procurement of all office supplies and assets
- Management of all IT (in conjunction with internal IT manager and external IT consultants)
- General implementation of marketing initiatives (in conjunction with marketing manager)
About You:
- Proficient in trust accounting for a legal practice
- Good knowledge of general accounting (you will be supported by our bookkeeper)
- Good general knowledge of all aspects of HR – staff management, leave, performance management
- Proficient in MS Office Programs
- Experience with Leap Legal software is advantageous
- Good listening skills and an enthusiastic attitude
- Strong focus on fostering a healthy and supportive office culture
