We are a boutique bookkeeping firm based in Adelaide. Due to recently acquiring new clients we're seeking bookkeeping and accounts superstars to join our growing team.
You will be an excellent communicator, work well under pressure and to deadlines, and can deliver great customer service. Reliability, honesty and punctuality are highly valued qualities.
We are currently looking for the following:
- Part-Time Bookkeeper - approx 20 hrs per week on-site in the North-East.
- Various Casual/Part-Time Bookkeeper in Northern suburbs
- Casual - Payroll Office - City Fringe
Experience (min. 3 years) in:
- General Office Support
- Liaising with Suppliers/Customers
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Financial Reporting
- Bank reconciliation
- Data entry
- Liaising with Accountants
- Preparing and lodging BAS
- Credit Control
- Payroll
Extensive knowledge of using Xero, MYOB or Quickbooks is highly favourable, but onsite training will be provided.
A current drivers license and access to personal transportation is a must, along with high personal presentation standards.
